Delivery & Returns
We will make sure your Chula Jewellery will be sent to you in luxury packaging.
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands, Europe (Monday- Friday). For countries outside the European Union, any taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. CHULA JEWELERY does not reimburse these costs.
You can find the shipping costs for the rest of the world, when you added something to your shopping bag ,in your shopping bag. Fill in your country for the delivery and we will calculate the shipping costs for you. You can immediately see this in the overview.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the Track & Trace code. The package can be followed with this code.

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days following delivery of your purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged and complete to be exchanged. This does not apply to personalized jewellery, because all personalized products from Chula Jewellery are made by hand (produced especially for you), the jewellery cannot be exchanged. Please note that for hygienic reasons we do not return or exchange earrings.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash.

Log into you Account on our website and send us an email via your account.

Your order number (you can find this on your invoice)
Your name, address and contact details
The item you are returning and what you wish to exchange it for
- Step 2:
Complete the returns form provided with your original delivery and send the item you wish to return, together with the returns form, within 14 days following receipt of the purchase to the address below:

If you want to exchange the item you have purchased for another item, you can order the new item via our website. When placing a new order, please bear in mind that payment is required in advance.
- Step 4:
You will receive a refund for the product once the latter has been received by us in good condition. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, within no more than 14 days following our receipt of the returned item. You will receive email notification from us once we have safely received your returned item. Returns are processed during workdays, between Monday and Friday.
Postage costs for exchanged items
Costs associated with returning items purchased are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using registered post or track & trace to ensure that the package reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to packages during shipment. Nor will we reimburse the purchase price for any packages that do not reach us. For this reason, we advise against returning any items in stamped envelopes, as these are not traceable or insured. If we have despatched the wrong item to you, we will bear the associated postage costs.
